Design Assistance

Many of our clients have asked for assistance in designing their remodel. From Kitchen Layout to Bathroom materials; or maybe, just an opinion on the design and materials that you’ve already chosen. We’re here to help. Just ask and we will assist you to whatever degree needed to insure that you are pleased with your remodel. If you have a clear idea of what you want, or pictures and samples; share them and we can duplicate them. Email, Facebook, Pinterest or shared drop-boxes are all viable ways to share with us. You choose what works best for you.

Kitchen and Bath Layouts

Layouts are simple floor-plan drawings showing the size and location of the major elements of the remodel. We will provide a basic layout of your remodel free with the formal proposal after acceptance of the initial estimate. Revisions to the layout may cost $50 for each revision.

Detailed Drawings

A more detailed rendering including floor-plans, elevations and 3D renderings will generally cost $350 charged at the time of the request. Detailed design renderings will include one revision. Additional revisions will be charged at $50 for each revision. All charges for designs will be credited back to you once you execute a formal proposal.

We do not offer “color renderings” due to the difficulty of creating an exact match to the colors and materials of your choice.
Our normal turn-around time for a design rendering is 4-7 working days, but, the more complex the design is, the longer it will take for a rendering. Our cabinet line is incredibly vast and optioned. Care must be taken to ensure the products and options are incorporated into your remodel correctly. A great design will result in a great remodel.
